Just a friendly reminder…


If your first move is to call me out of nowhere instead of sending a text like a normal person trying to book an appointment, you’ll be permanently blocked.

A phone call isn’t an introduction.

I could be:


* In a session.

* Sleeping after work.

* At my full-time job.

* Spending time with friends or family.

* Driving.

* Or, believe it or not… living an actual life.

It takes about 10 seconds to send:

A proper intro and….

“Hey, are you available to take a phone call?”


That’s called basic courtesy.
